Coccinelle & Twinset – two brands, one Italian root

Coccinelle and Twinset come from the same region of Italy – Emilia-Romagna. The region, known worldwide for Parma ham and Parmesan cheese, has also been a center of two other artisanal traditions for decades: leather processing and knitwear production. The two brands grew directly from these.

Coccinelle started in 1978 in Sala Baganza near Parma, where the Mazzieri family began making leather bags. Almost half a century later, the signature style is the same – clean lines, structure, natural leather, and the recognizable Arlettis metal clasp. Twinset was born in the late 80s in Carpi, Modena province – the Italian capital of knitwear. The name comes from the top and cardigan set with which the brand began, and today the same femininity is seen in its bags, boots, and sneakers: color, detail, character.
